For Coach Flex tickets, the published condition states 100% refundable up to 24 hours before departure and 80% refundable within the 24 hours before departure.
Cancellation must happen before departure. Only e-tickets can be cancelled online; tickets bought at an agency or station must be handled at an agency or station.
Changing a ticket
Coach Flex tickets can be exchanged before departure, subject to seat availability. The published conditions state that the exchange can be made without a change fee, while a price difference is paid or returned. Agency and station purchases should be exchanged through the same channel.
Check the fare name first. These are Coach Flex conditions. Do not apply them automatically to a different fare.
