Marrakech–Agadir has a denser timetable than the Essaouira route. The trip takes roughly three and a half hours, with times spread from an early 05:00 departure to 19:00.
That spread is useful if you are leaving Marrakech after a night train, a hotel breakfast, or a morning appointment. It also means the route is easy to misread: a late departure gets you to Agadir at night, while a morning coach leaves time for the coast on arrival.

Do not schedule this as if Marrakech and Agadir were linked by train. It is a direct coach journey, and your arrival time is determined by the road and the chosen service. If you are continuing south to Tiznit, leave enough margin for the next coach rather than planning a tight connection.
